Find Your Perfect Pair
From daily runs to race day, find the shoe that fits your run
Running can cause feet to flatten and toes to splay. A bit of extra room in the toe box can help, but avoid too much wiggle room.
Your shoes shouldn't feel too tight or too loose. Too much space at the front means you're carrying extra weight that can slow you down.
While the fit of one's running shoes comes down to personal preference, you want to ensure you aren't way off on your actual shoe size. Note that shoe size can change over time.
Running shoes should fit true to size, with about a thumb's width between your big toe and the end of the shoe. If you prefer a snug fit, toes can reach the front, but they shouldn't curl.
Knee slightly bent, foot flat—if 1 to 1.5 fingers fit at your heel, you’ve got a good fit.
